Victoria Terrace Plaza alteration consisted of a ceiling grid, lighting and heat pump retrofit. Carpcon maintained daily operations of the busy center while phasing portions each night. A total of 8 heat pumps were removed and replaced. In addition, all light fixtures were retrofitted as well as the ceiling tiles.
