Faced with the challenge of varying elevations along the new Kingsline high rise located at 1100 King st E. A structural steel raised floor system was introduced for the future McDonald's to make up for a four foot difference in elevation from interior slab to the outside side walk. In addition all base building plumbing works were completed underneath the new raised floor system creating accessibility for maintenance.
