McEwan Valet Portal

McEwan Entrance Portal creates an accessible opening from the underground parking garage at One Bloor into the gourmet food retailer. Carpcon  provided structural scanning cutting and coring services to create the opening into McEwan unit. Following this a fully accessible ramp, curtain wall vestibule and 3 hour fire shutter were installed.  This design created a perfect entrance for the One Bloor residence with full valet service.
